Terrible, cancelaron una de mis dos nocges de reservación. No me avisaron. El cuarto estabe como una pescera con paredes de vidrio y zero privacidad porque las cortinas no eran lo suficientemente grandes y se veia el vecino. TERRRIBLE

Una observación para mejorar, nos hospedamos en la habitación No. 11. de la casona, lo único un poco incomodo es que el grifo del lavamanos estaba suelto (desajustado), así que su inadecuada inclinación hacia que el agua salpicara mas de lo normal fuera del lavamanos.

Don’t be desperate enough to stay here

We accidentally arrived at the sister property La Tata Premium (which was breathtaking), then directed to this property. We had a rental car so there really was no point in being 100 meters from the park. Service is lackluster, The room has no windows nor air conditioning. For 180.000COP we could have done much better in this department of Colombia.

Maravilloso.

Me encantó, es un lugar al que sin duda volvería. Esta al lado del parque del café , el desayuno es delicioso, hay parqueadero dentro del mismo hotel y no tiene precio extra, el servicio es muy bueno. En fin , un gran sitio.

This hotel is far from being good to the customer. Internet reviews are not acurate, the overall expirence in this hotel is very poor. Staff is not being traing to work for a hotel, poor accomodations, lack of comunication, rooms dont have air condition, telephone, or laundry services. Hotel customer service is very poor, I will not recomend eating in this hotel. Hiding fees not expected, poor management and maintenance of the facilities. I will not give this hotel a portion of a star.

Buenas instalaciones, regular restaurante

Las instalaciones del hotel son bonitas, tiene unos jardines muy bien cuidados, en general es muy agradable. Las habitaciones son amplias, las camas cómodas, las personas de la recepción amables y colaboradoras. El hotel está muy bien ubicado muy cerca del Parque del Café. El desayuno es bueno. En lo que si deben mejorar es en el servicio de restaurante pues aunque el horario es hasta las 9:00 pm, después de las 8 de la noche sólo ofrecen comidas rápidas y ni siquiera todas las que están en la carta. Una noche eran las 8:15 y lo único que nos vendieron fue sandwich de jamón y queso. Por otra parte solicité un secador de pelo que quedaron de enviarme a la habitación y nunca llegó.

Recomendado! Buen servicio, desayuno generoso, variado y delicioso!! La variedad del menú, las porciones y los precios muy buenos!! Estado general bueno, al igual que la ubicación. En las habitaciones junto a la piscina se escucha mucho ruido.
