"Petit déjeuner copieux. Chambres propres et personnels accueillants. Seul bémol le temps d attente au restaurant de l hôtel. 2 heures pour manger c est beaucoup trop long. Les 2 soirs même constat."

"Due to circumstances beyond our control we were forced to cancel our reservation at the hotel, which we did by telephone four days before our expected arrival. When the hotel refused to refund our prepayment, we asked for a raincheck, which they didn't even answer."

"Beds are as old as the house, needed a crane to get out of my bed. Washing machine is just short of growing legs and walking out it’s growing so much mould on the inside. No pots and pans big enough to cook for 6 people. Dish towels smelt musty."

"We had a wonderful stay here with our dog. The place was very clean and tidy and we found it cosy with the fire on during the rain. Would definitely consider returning if we come back near Keswick area!"
