« Perfect villa in a perfect location. Lovely and secluded position but in walking distance of many restaurants and tavernas. You do not need to walk along the main road to get to Coral Bay as you can walk behind the villa along the cul de sac. We did hire a car to venture further afield but it is definitely not required and the villa pool and outside area are so nice, you probably wont want to leave! The villa is amazing and I cant think of anything that wasn't there for us and the welcome food...

« Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances du 6 au 30 juillet en famille dans cette belle villa. La description est tout à fait conforme .La piscine et grande et très appréciée avec la chaleur de Chypre.L’endroit est calme et tranquille, il n’y a aucun vis à vis .Les fleurs tout autour du jardin embellissent l’ensemble.La terrasse abritée apporte un peu de fraîcheur et permet de se reposer. La voiture est indispensable pour visiter l’ile et c’est un plus dans la location. Nos jeunes de 20 et 14 ans...

« Lovely villa located in quiet cul de sac. Well-appointed air-conditioned place with good size swimming pool. The villa was spotless and everything you would require is supplied in the villa. We hired a car and was grateful as the villa has a couple of bars / restaurants in walking distance, but we did feel we wouldn't want to eat there every night as the variation on the menu was fairly limited. Easy access for days to Paphos and into Coral Bay, would recommend the villa for a great family...

Martin and Jules were on hand to give advice if needed but all the information we required was in the information pack so could just relax and enjoy the sunshine and swimming pool. « Siamo stati molto bene, ma la villa ha bisogno di alcune migliorie, i bagni devono essere più funzionanti, non funzionava una lampada in camera da letto, mancavano alcune cose in cucina c’erano tante formiche. In definitiva bella casa , ma bisogna dare più attenzione ai dettagli. Grazie comunque! »

« We loved the size and location of the property. When we arrived the property was clean and the host had left us a welcome pack of food and drink in the fridge. He also popped by on a couple of occasions with a lovely cake. We loved the swimming pool and used it most days. The villa was located up a lane and felt very private. « Disappointing first opinion. Overgrown garden, particularly the banana palms alongside the villa completely shades the pool area in November, but i suspect this wouldn't have been an issue earlier in the year, or if the palms had been trimmed. We had to carryout one or two other general repairs on arrival. Two of the showerheads were blocked, although these were quickly changed by maintenance contract, stairway light not working at all, again quickly fixed. Solar water heating was definitely non...

« Nous avons fait un super séjour chez Brenda. La maison est en tous points semblable à la description. Tout était à disposition à notre arrivée ! Brenda et son équipe sur place sont aux petits soins tout en étant discrets. « Far enough away from the resort/harbour but only a short walk or less than 5 minute drive. Close to Polis to get everything you need from a large supermarket to make it possible to stay a few days at the villa without leaving. »

« It was ok in the main but had some issues with cleanliness. Cobwebs, pool with a few dead insects in the bottom , dead mosquitoes in all the light fittings and smelly drains. It may sound silly but I would come back because the issues , apart from smelly drains, were sorted out fairly quickly. « The villa is absolutely gorgeous. Couldn’t quite believe it when we got there. It’s spacious inside and with lots of space in the garden. We got tons of sun in the garden at all times of day but could get shade in the patio if it got too hot, and the hedges were nice to have privacy sunbathing. The location was also great. There’s a quick shortcut (not on google maps!) to get down to grocery store and some restaurants within 5 minutes walk and the beach only a few minutes further. Lovely stay,...
