A couple of things where the property needs to improve: Warm water in shower took forever to come out and then it went to an extreme - burning hot that lasted only a few minutes. Also we had a pipe breakage issue in the building which shut off water supply for a couple of hours. Also WiFi on TV continued to disconnect consistently. The building itself is being renovated, and while this unit looked new, things were not complete. This may explain why we were the only folks in the entire building. Examples: outlets that didn't work, limited hot water, and a new ceiling fan in the living room that we couldn't turn on, which made sleeping on the pullout couch very hot. No A/C in that area, just the bedroom.
