"Poolside was wonderful"

"The house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the ocean, being in the back yard was amazing to swim in and just sit and watch the waves.Everyone had a great week, relaxing, reading, beachcombing, and conversing with each other. (We don't all live near each other at home).Iza was amazing. She was available to answer our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our vacation, the house and Iza. It was all beyond fabulous.Thanks for everything."

The pool did not exist—it had no water and was extremely dirty. You should verify the properties listed on your platform, as situations like this damage your reputation."
