Three people from our family flew in and this place was close to the airport. Our 3 boys enjoyed the hot tub and we all enjoyed the fire pit. There was a nice big yard to throw our football and to play cornhole. We were there over Thanksgiving and the 6 of us were able to gather around the nice big dining room table. We had to regularly adjust the thermostat because it kept reverting back to the programmed temp.Other than those issues, the home was well appointed and in a quiet area. It was very easy to drive to downtown for shopping and food, however, if you are planning to take an Uber, it is challenging to get someone to pick up at this location. The house was very nice and had all cooking items you might need. The front porch and back deck had plenty of seats to enjoy the outdoors. The neighbor's dog would frequently come by (which was fine with us), but if you're not a dog lover, just be aware. Lots of wildlife nearby and the house was generally clean -- some minor things were not as clean, but nothing terrible. Check in and check out was very easy. This house is 1 mile from the airport but plane noise wasn't bad. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and other stores very near by. We had a great time overall and if you have a small, quiet group, I'd recommend this spot. ##### Marta D. The location is centrally located to Asheville, the Biltmore, hiking, waterfalls and scenic drives. It is near the airport but the planes didnt bother is in any way. If you’re looking to stay outside the city and have space to spread out, I would highly recommend. It’s about 20-25 minutes to Asheville and right next to the airport. ##### Dan D. We all met at this property for a long weekend with one grandchild in tow. This house was a great size for 6 adults and one child.
