"Website never shared any information about parking fees and it’s $29.99 daily. Also they take $200 security deposit every if your room is fully paid. When we opened sofa bed the sheets was dirty has some food stains. Hotel is very noisy specially when pool hours even I was on 4th floor I was trying to call front desk but nobody answered. Breakfast is another problem food is out fast no milk for cereals, bread out, when you ask staff they said that we don’t have it even 30 minutes after breakfast starting time. The only good part was live chef for making omelets or fried eggs every morning. Hotel is designed well but need more and better staff,"

"The apartment was very,very clean. The linens in the bathroom were very absorbent. Elevators were clean and quick. I wish they had coffee makers in the apartments instead of downstairs. They have limited supplies in the kitchen, no pots,or pans. No cooking utensils. Be prepared to bring your own. I would stay again."

"Staff friendly and respectful. Shout out to your front desk staff. Room was clean. I had two rooms with two different issues. The first the a/c was set at 65 degrees and that’s where the temperature STAYED. Yes, we tried the heat. Thermostat set to 85, still no heat. We did call maintenance but he showed us how to use the thermostat and quickly left. The shower in the second room did not get hot for then 20 mins. Didn’t realize the issue until 6am."

"The front desk staff were nice. I was given a hearing impaired room even though I did not ask for one. This was on the 9th floor. The room seemed nice, but directly outside the door was a very loud buzzing light. You could hear it in the room. I had to move to a different room. The front desk knew about the noise but gave me a room there anyway. The next room was located on the 4th floor. The room was ok. The vents in the room were all visibly dusty, they need to be cleaned. It was a very spacious room. It had a balcony, but was locked and unusable. The ceiling next to the bed had a couple water leak spots. The bathroom also had water damage with visible black on the ceiling edge in the shower. The wallpaper along the shower was reglued and the wall behind and around were soft to the touch. I had a delayed flight, which got me in too late to have any food or drink in the on-site restaurant. I think It closed at 10 or 11. It would have been great if it stayed opened later since it is classified as an airport hotel. They do offer a free shuttle service 24/ 7, which is great. Ok for a quick short stay, but could definitely be better maitained."
