It was an amazing experience with incredibly helpful staff and wonderful facilities. It’s location is right in the heart of the action and is the location of choice for tour droop off.
Great breakfast although many tours start early and you’ll miss out but they do pack a carry away breakfast if notified.
Disregard the check-in warnings on Expedia that states they stop check-in at 530. That’s nonsense and they’ll welcome you whenever you get there.
One last warning, their entrance is subtle...

The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. When I asked for an extra heater, they brought one to my room right away and regularly checked in to make sure everything was working properly. I got sick during my stay, and the front desk was kind enough to help me call a local taxi so I could get to a clinic. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to my friends. It’s in a very convenient location, just a short walk from the town center, and the service truly made the stay even...

The staffs are super nice and helpful despite the language barrier. Breakfast is included, and the staffs also provide recommendations for local spots. While the accommodation is a bit dated and not luxury, the lodge has its charm that grew on us during our stay, so if you’re looking for a place that feels homely and affordable, Vicuña Lodge is the way to go! We would love to come back here just for the kindness of the staffs :)

Absolute perfection.
Incredible location right in the middle of town yet quiet and safe.
Rooms are clean and beautifully appointed. Bathrooms are a bit small but they have great shower pressure and amenities.
Our room had a cute garden but there are many locations on the property to sit and relax.
The facility is beautifully kept and their customer service is incredible.
