"I booked this for employees who were traveling, and it worked out perfect for them. Having the ability to cook their own meals and not have to eat out every night was something they really loved. The day of checkin I received a call from the cleaner saying they lost the TV remote and would have a new one dropped off which they did but without batteries which didn't help. They were very clear about the flight of stairs, but they didn’t concern us.
