This is a great hotel

Expedia listed my room as king bed and displayed pictures of a king room with a bathtub and shower, however when I checked it, it was a Queen bed with no bathtub! I contacted the hotel and Expedia and they were both wrong. They both tried to blame each other. The tv never connected to my iPhone so having a tv was useless. The safe wasn’t locking. The AC was difficult to use and we couldn’t change the temp. The staff was excellent and accommodating but we ran into quite a few issues. Also the rooms are all only accessible by stairs, lots of them!!! No views from the rooms we had! Overall we were fine with the room but would not rebook.

One of the highlights of our stay was the impressive water pressure in the shower – it was invigorating and made for a refreshing start to each day. Overall, our time at the hotel was a beautiful experience that I will cherish. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a perfect getaway where comfort, style, and outstanding service come together seamlessly. I can't wait to return!
