We like that there was a nice big fenced in back yard for our dog. There was ample room for our family to gather and to have some alone time in different parts of the house. It was centrally located in Arcata and was a great jumping off point for both Ferndale and Trinidad. Easy and quick access to the freeway as well. Outdoor space for fire or gathering or games all terrific. Mid century modern charms with a new feel. Neighborhood was quiet. Within walking distance of the beautiful Arcata Community forest which was our first taste of the Redwoods and was a great hike and beautiful. Coffee shop and grocery store within walking distance.
