  • Beautiful apartment of 68 m2 completely renovated with care on the Boulevard de la Plage in Arcachon near the Aiguillon district and 15 minutes walk from the city centre, the SNCF train station and the Thiers jetty. Ideally located, on the 4th floor of 5, with an assigned underground parking space. Water sports, golf and tennis, ocean beaches without forgetting the famous Dune du Pilat. Oyster lovers, you will be delighted and many cycle paths will allow you to escape around the Bay and in the forest.
    The apartment is very well equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, combi oven, fibre internet.
    Please note that towels are provided but not sheets; provide what is necessary for a 160cm bed and a 140cm bed.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
L'appartement est idéalement situé en face du port d'Arcachon, à quelques mètres de la plage et environ 15/20 min à pied du centre ville en passant par la très jolie promenade de la plage. Quelques restaurants à proximité immédiate et boulangeries, cafés et commerces de proximité non loin. Il est très bien équipé (machine à café, ventilateurs, internet, TV, parasol, mise à disposition de prospectus pour les horaires de bus et les idées de balades à effectuer dans les environs...).La literie était en bon état et confortable dans les deux chambres. La terrasse dispose d'une très belle vue et est très agréable. Stéphane a été un hôte très sympathique et arrangeant. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
