Fabulous location on the beach and walking trails/park and close to downtown. Has everything you need and host was communicative and accommodating. "A cozy retreat with a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed our lunch in the sun on the very private deck. Spotlessly clean, well appointed with everything you would need. The Sapphires DVD, which was one of several options, was the best movie we've seen in years. We recommend the pickerel dinner with lemon roast potatoes at Beach Boy restaurant.
