Precisa melhor...e muito!
Talvez a falta de opções na cidade e a demanda crescente justifique um hotel ser tão relapso quanto ao atendimento, limpeza e condições do quarto. Gostaria de sugerir à Gerência munir seu pessoal com aspirador de pó, pois meu quarto tinha muito, eu disse muito, cabelo de outras pessoas no piso e abaixo da cama, mofo no teto e no box do banheiro e até formigas o meu quarto tinha. Aí fui reclamar e pedir pra trocar de quarto e não havia disponibilidade pois o hotel, segundo eles, estava cheio. Aliais faltou simpatia e proatividade no pessoal da recepção. Deixei um bilhete para a camareira pedindo se poderia melhorar a limpeza para o dia seguinte e de fato ocorreu, mas não acho que isso deve ocorrer num hotel que nem é tão barato. O café da manhã era ok e a internet e academia eram muito ruins. Resumindo, não é um hotel que merece o 8.2 do hotéis.com. Precisa melhor muito!

Péssimo. Precisa melhorar muito.
Causa espécie que esta rede de hotéis deixe um estabelecimento em uma cidade turística importante de Minas Gerais no estado precário que se encontra. Pisos sujos do banheiro, corredor, restaurante e escada. No restaurante os produtos comestíveis não se encontram tampados (bolos, pudim, coalhada, pães, etc.) além de manteiga e requeijão não se encontrarem refrigerados. Única exceção são as frutas que recebem uma rede. No restaurante, sobre a mesa onde se encontram os produtos a serem consumidos, tem teia de aranhas com insetos presos, caindo do teto. Dos 5 dias que me hospedei, só teve queijo minas - produto da região - por 3 dias, quando solicitado, não deram resposta. Funcionárias da copa não são gentis, não secam os pratos, faltam talheres e quando solicitado entregam molhados e sem qualquer proteção nas mãos. Com exceção do funcionário da recepção, todos os demais mal humorados. Apartamento não é varrido, box não é lavado. Ar condicionado desliga e pessoal da recepção não sabe o motivo. A gerente sequer se dignou a esclarecer. Hotel recebeu uma mão de tinta com respingos no chão, paredes se deteriorando mas com uma mão de tinta para esconder. Cafeteira na recepção não esquenta água. Não voltarei a me hospedar nesta estabelecimento
