Great location, staff was very helpful. Balcony suite overlooking Copacabana Beach provided gorgeous views. Breakfast buffet offered a variety of hot and cold options with traditional North American, European, and South American options. Pastries, cakes, and breads were delicious. Lovely views and attentive service. Rooftop pool with poolside service was a treat. Dedicated beach space with staff was a nice perk. Beach staff was helpful and attentive, took drink orders, offered to intervene with beach vendors if needed. Spa was being refurbished, but massage service was still available with a comfortable set up in a guest room converted into a small massage area and they accommodated us for a couples massage. Very relaxing! Overall, an excellent stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
