According to the booking, the room has city view, but in reality the room window is facing a wall. There are no restaurant and breakfast options available at the hotel. The hotel staff wrongly charged my card before the check-in time, they admitted the error, but gave me no compensation (even a symbolic one) for the inconvenience caused.
