Absolutely outstanding and helpful check in staff. Helped me coordinate travel and find cheaper prices to local attractions. Ask about wadi rum, they have some fantastic connections

Good value for money near Aqaba centre
This is a small multi-story hotel near the centre of Aqaba. A market and many shops are within a 5-minute walk towards the beach. The beach itself is about 10 minutes away. There is free street parking in front of the hotel. It was easy to find parking when we were there in late October 2018. The room was average, a little odd – as if some renovation was attempted but never quite finished. The Wi-Fi signal was good, and the air-con worked well too. There is a separate switch for the water heating, it needs to be turned on a little while before having your shower. An elevator is available in the building. The staff at reception are friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately there is normally only 1 person at reception, so everything moves slowly. Note that the navigation directions from the hotels.com app are incorrect and take you to a location some 1 km away. Use Google Maps to find the correct location. Overall it’s a good value hotel and I will stay there again if I revisit Aqaba.

hidden gem
it is a new hotel so everything is new and clean. beds are comfy, staffs are kind and friendly. affordable price, great location with local markets nearby, 10mins walk to the sea. couldn't ask for more, highly recommand.

Non si trovava la prenotazione e comunque non corrispondeva a quanto prenotato , colazione inclusa negata e proposta ad un prezzo improponibile .

Siamo arrivati in questo hotel con la prenotazione confermata tramite Expedia. Al nostro arrivo il personale, con modo alquanto menefreghista, ci risponde che la camera non è disponibile in quanto loro non collaborano con Expedia. Palese overbooking con spiegazione folle del motivo per il quale la camera non fosse più disponibile. Oltre a questo non ci è stato fornito alcun aiuto per trovare una sistemazione alternativa. Grande nota di demerito anche per Expedia che dopo la nostra mail di lamentela, nonostante i sette giorni passati, non ci ha dato nessun riscontro a riguardo. La struttura sembrava anche valida ma evitare completamente se si vuole essere certi di avere la camera al proprio arrivo.

Wir sind abends im Taj Hotel angekommen. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht bekamen ein Upgrade auf ein Familienzimmer mit zwei Schlafzimmern.Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett; das Hotel ist noch relativ neu und macht einen guten Eindruck. In der Nachbarschaft wird gebaut, trotzdem war es sehr ruhig. Im Hotel wird kein Frühstück angeboten, dies war nicht so schön. Uns hat es im Taj Hotel gut gefallen.
