We gave it five stars overall for its location, cleanliness and hot tub. I would agree with some of the other reviewers and say that the couch is not that comfy and there isn’t much seating in living room for a family of 4\. Since we stayed during thanksgiving, the pots and pans could be updated or refreshed because most were unusable. Other than that, we had a wonderful time walking to the beach and enjoying the beautiful area. ##### Megan S. The sunset view out of the kitchen window is maybe my favorite part. The kids love coming back chilly from the beach, rinsing off at the outside shower and hopping in the hot tub for awhile before taking a real shower. The hot tub wasn’t locked up at arrival and didn’t seem cleaned but the property manager was responsive to that. The bunk bed is getting a little worse for wear and kept us up with the really loud squeaking- hopefully a quick fix could change that for others. ##### Jillian O. The cleanliness of the house was lack luster, the sheets had weird smudges on them, the coffee maker was crusty which made me not want to use it.
