The views were amazing especially from the Master Suite on the third floor. The property had everything you need for a family beach vacation. Our grandkids loved sleeping in the cubbies and there was plenty of room for everyone. The BBQ was in good shape and so was the kitchen appliances and dishes. Walkable to Rio Del Mar with cafe, deli and restaurant. Out door deck was relaxing and had a beautiful view. Grill was great. Master bedroom is big and private with its own balcony. We are active, and we loved being right across the street from the ocean. The house is dated, but it had nearly everything that we needed and no one complained. One suggestion would be to replace the bunk beds and twin bed in bedroom #3 with a larger bed that a couple could sleep in comfortably. Don't miss going to Marianne's Ice Cream while you're there. Fantastic location, literally just a few steps from the sand. We could sit in the family room, or on the deck and see the kids playing on the beach.
