House by the Water

  • Holiday cottage in Burgundy-Franche-Comté with breathtaking views of the Saône River. Ideal for fishing enthusiasts or nature lovers, this cottage offers a peaceful setting just 50 metres from the Saône, with a boat launch nearby. A rowboat can be provided for an additional fee. Located just 10 minutes from Grey, 35 minutes from Dole, and 40 minutes from Besançon and Dijon, the house is also perfectly situated for exploring the region. Those who enjoy walking and cycling will appreciate the Green Way along the Saône and the Burgundy Canal, ideal for cycling or walking. Pets are welcome at no extra charge. A 25 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture allows you to relax in complete tranquility. We have one bedroom of approximately 18 m² and a 24 m² mezzanine bedroom with privacy curtains. A sofa bed is located in the living room.

Een ruim en sfeervol huis in een rustige buurt. Alles is eigenlijk wel aanwezig. Prima douche, goede keuken en ruime oppervlak. Koel huis ook… Geen vakantiewoning eigenlijk, maar en volwaardig familiehuis. Snel contact met de eigenaar op afstand, die zelfs zo aardig was de vergeten kleding op te sturen naar NL.

Gite sympathique, proche de la Saône pour les pêcheurs (100 m de l'eau). Calme et reposant. Chambres très spacieuses. Bien équipé.

Nous avons passé une très belle étape dans cette maison pleine de charme au bord de l’eau. Les hôtes ont été d’une grande bienveillance et nous ont accueillis avec de délicates attentions (une gamelle d’eau pour notre chien, le lit déjà prêt, un petit message pour s’assurer de notre bonne arrivée, etc.).La maison était impeccable, confortable et décorée avec goût, nous n’avons manqué de rien.Un véritable havre de paix, idéal pour se ressourcer après une longue route. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir si nous sommes de passage dans la région.
