Overall for the price this was a good value. Clean room with a nice bed and TV. Plenty of options for breakfast with scrambled eggs that really looked and tasted like they should. Would stay again if in town.

My top criteria are quiet, clean, confortable bed which were all met. There was a room with complimentary breakfast. I checked in at midnight and the woman on staff was helpful.

Very poor customer service, we were never greated in mornings or once when coming through the entrance or exiting. We stayed for a week for tornado clean up in Menasha, and we did not receive turn down service once where they come in a make bed pick up and replenish things. Had to ask for more toilet paper, new towels, and for the soaps in the shower to be filled, were empty when we showed up. Still did not refill them by the time we left. Also on the last night requested late check out as our flight was in later afternoon and the guy working at night was the only nice employee we came in contact with. They said 1230, and then the can around after 11am knocking yelling through the door that check out was at 11, I stated we have a late checkout, and their response through the door was “did you pay!! And what time?!” Then they walked away. Not a great experience. Gym has very old dirty equipment and breakfast was okay.
