We chose it because it was close to move in our son for his freshman year at Lawrence University. For us, the location was perfect and we enjoyed walking to the nearby parks. The backyard is an absolute bonus. We like to cook when we stay for long periods of time so the only gentle comments are that the kitchen is only minimally appointed (surprisingly there is a Kitchen Aid mixer but no pans of any kind for baking). We were absolutely able to make it work and the backyard BBQ works great. The bonus room in the basement is great, plus laundry! The beds were comfortable and we slept soundly. The property management team is awesome and fast at getting back with answers to questions. It was comfortable and had all amenities needed for a relaxing stay away from home. It was convenient to numerous parks, restaurants, grocery stores and points of interest. Backyard was great and full of plants and flowers and a grill for grilling out. Great WI adventure for us visiting from NC. ##### Patty c. Lovely older home, well maintained and in a quiet, tree lined street near a wonderful city park that backs up to the Fox River. Gorgeous backyard with mature landscaping, late summer flowers and nice patio for breakfast. The home is well stocked with fabulous kitchen, nice bathrooms and extremely comfy beds. Mark is a wonderful host and we've been fortunate to stay at two of his other properties, which are also well-maintained, spotless and comfortable. We will be back! ##### Mary K.
