This is an older house that has been remodeled and it is now bright and full of artwork and charm. There is a large living room amd full kitchen, a small backyard and 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The rental is cozy, comfortable, very clean and neat and climate-controlled. There is even a kids playroom in the children's room that is so cute. There are stairs to the bedroom level and the beds are firm. The host sent us emails with l plenty of information and the access code for the door, which is helpful. The unit is close to downtown and in the heart of Appleton, yet in a quiet neighborhood. We loved it!
