"The hotel is in a great location. But the fridge didn’t work, the hair dryer was kind of hanging off the wall. I also got a $50 charge I wasn’t aware about. All I did was travel for work and was there to sleep. Wouldn’t be so bad, but not my favorite."

"I really enjoyed our stay here, but through Expedia, I rented an ADA room, but when I arrived they had no knowledge of the request. They were able to find us a room with a walk in shower, but it had no safety bars, so I was not able to use it. Next time, I will not go through Expedia, but will reserve directly through the hotel."

The staff member was clearly trying to manage the situation as best she could, but with no one to provide any backup, there were a bunch of us who were inconvenienced. "
