"For the price the room was decent. Only problem is its location, right at the intersection of two heavy traveled truck routes. Lots of traffic noise literally all night during the week. If you do get a room , i suggest requesting a room as far away from the lobby/ main road area as possible. "

"The were holes in wall in bathroom and around air conditioning until. Curtain rods were broken and bed smell as though someone slept in it or bedding washed in old water. Not good"

"The property is clean. It is a 2 star hotel and does a great job for that. The kitchen is nice to have and the room is just what we need for our one night stays while we visit our son at Stephen F Austin State University and it doesn't break the budget."

"Breakfast was not great, the omelets were hard and chewy, the sausage was spoiled, the bacon was paper thin and barely cooked. The bed squeaked terribly and our towels were filthy. The vanity was broken at the bottom and nearly cut my foot open. The water pressure was atrocious. The air conditioning barely worked. The only decent thing here was the staff whom were kind and helpful."

"5/1/26 Close to the University. Young Indian student at the front desk was excellent. Room was clean the HVAC was easyto read and operate. Pillows needed to be the regular larger size. Depends on your neighbors as to the quietness. Lovely hot water. An ice machine that a tually worked. Wifi, TV. microwave, and hair dryer all functioned well."
