"The staff will be the reason I return. The issues are that the pool was closed and the window AC rattled and kept us up all night. The pool was a big part of the reason we chose this place for my kids. They were looking forward to this R&R after a 9 hour car ride "

"Usually I don’t have any problems with my stay but we had a roach in our bathroom thankfully it was just one we killed it and flushed it down the toilet, then the tv kept going to a black screen then turn back on, lastly I don’t understand why I had to pay a 50 dollar deposit when I was told I can’t extend my stay at the desk I have to do it on the website and when I usually do do it I never had to pay a deposit fee. Also had these kids playing knocking on my door and running away heard them do it other peoples doors"

"The view of the lake was so satisfying and relaxing and the location was great. The amenities that were offered in this property was unbeatable. They provided everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The only thing that needed to be changed were the kitchen towels were very old and had a pretty musty stench to them and the pool towels needed some updating and lastly the body wash was empty in one of the bathrooms. Other than that, we will be returning again the next time we visit Big Bear Lake."
