This 50m2 modern home with great sea view balcony is fully equipped and able to accommodate up to 4 people. The flat is situated literally 50m away from the beautiful sandy beach, popular for its crystal clear waters and the seaside promenade of Kalyves town.

It offers one spacious double bedroom and can accommodate two more persons in the living room sofa that turns into a double bed. The bedroom has a designer's wooden bed with two night tables and a large closet, while it has access to a private balcony.

The flat features a beautifully designed kitchen, functional and fully equipped with dishwasher plus with a built in counter extension that can serve as a kitchen table. The living room has a large corner-plus couch, a long rectangular table and a 55' smart tv mounted on the wall across. One modern bathroom with bathtub is available.

Last but not least our flat offers a spacious 40 sqm balcony with roofed terrace offering both sea and mountain view, outdoor furniture and barbeque for some cooking and dining al fresco!

The wider area offers a wide range of beaches, traditional villages, archeological sites and hiking trails to explore!

--- Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from March to October, the tax is €1.5 per night, while from November to February, it is €0.5 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
