The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a great view from our room.

The entire property is beautiful starting with the architecture. It’s clean the restaurant food was great. The only thing that could improve is the gym, very small and hardly any equipment

The location is the best. All famous attractions are walking distance. The spa was so good, thank you to Irma and Yvonne I believe for a great massage and taking us so late notice. I initially had taken the Deluxe king but I feel that was not my type of room and thanks to the staff for letting us upgrade to a better room. Overall liked it so much. And if you desire to give a serenade you can with a balcony room. Thanks to the girl that helped me get the mariachis that same night. Thanks to the maintenance guy, and to all staff at the desk, even the housekeepers, You guys made my stay more enjoyable.

Todo fue excelente, muy buen servicio del staff, habitaciones cómodas, equipadas e impecables, desayuno balanceado, ubicación privilegiada; permite caminar a cualquier lugar.
