"We were not told about the extensive renovations going on every day, very noisy. Service to the rooms was unreliable. Front desk staff were awesome."

"Our room was clean & spacious. The staff was prompt and helpful. Shauna was very welcoming at our check-in, giving us information about Belfast including a map and how to access transit. The included breakfast was excellent. Full continental items along with menu service. They were even kind enough to accommodate us a few minutes earlier than their posted opening hour as we had limited time the morning we checked out. "

"We were only there for a short stay but overall it was a lovely stop over! Just outside Belfast it's situated in quiet countryside. Rooms were quiet, clean and easily accessible. We checked in late, which the staff were still there and helpful. Food after 5pm was tricky to source in the area but some later pizza places were open, drivable. "

"Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting belfast, it had everything we needed, we found the place easy (lots of buses) the instructions we received for check in was easy and straight forward we had a room with private bathroom which was nice and clean as was the room also had use of kitchen with some stuff for everyone to use including some cereals which i thought was really nice. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend staying here. "

"Lovely property, well organised with check in and out, We were in room 5 which we found cute and comfortable for a short girls stay for a concert at the SSE arena. 15 min walk into the city centre, train station or to titanic areas. no problems with sharing bathrooms, everyone was polite and was never any waiting! Thank you for having us! beautiful house!"

"Owners are responsive when contacted. Very clean and well looked after property. I value both very much as they are attributes not that easy to find in these kind of properties. 1 bathroom for potentially quite a few guests capacity. I was lucky I never forgot to lock the bathroom door or I would have had someone walking in while I was having a shower in two ocassions. (not sure if the water running is THAT quiet) "
