« The location was great - next to a great brewery and bakery and close to Texas Tech. The neighborhood was quiet. The room was well laid out and had everything we needed. Bed was a bit soft, but otherwise great. »

« This property was clean and, easy to access. The communication was easy and accurate with the owner. It is not in the most desirable part of town! We would have really loved it to have a fan in the bedrooms, as we had a hard time getting the rooms cool on the evening of arrival.There is not an ice maker, so please prepare for that....We did use the pool one afternoon and it was filthy. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay and the actual unit was very clean. »

« Due to an issue with VRBO, the property I originally reserved was double booked, but the property manager offered me an even nicer property in the same area for the same price, she allowed me to extend my stay for a week while I was organizing my move-in and closing on a house, for the same price as well. However, this person was a total scam artist and would not give me the door code the day before, effectively cancelling but would not actually cancel.
