"Overall experience was great! It’s located out of the hustle and bustle of Broadway but close enough. Could walk there in about 15-20 min but we chose to drive and park because it was very hot (parking gets costly). We did walk to the Gulch area for dinner. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was nice and they have an omelette bar where they will make it fresh for you right there. The hotel was clean. Nice family experience. "

"The property was great. DO not use Expedia for booking. I paid for checked bag on my flight, when I got to the airport they charged me for checked bags. They said Expedia information doesn't always transfer over. I paid for a rental car on Expedia. When I got to the car rental desk they charged me an additional $247. This was for a one way rental. Expedia mentioned nothing of this. Expedia is one of those companies that hides and doesn't tell you about charges. Expect to pay more if you use Expedia."

"Completley amazing stay from start to finish , the hotel is just beautiful and everything you could wish for , loved Zoe on arriving and also Greg the hostess with the mostess , a long travel for us from the uk but we felt immedialy awake due to attention to detail We ate , drank and had a pool party at the hotel and the prices were very reasonable , nothing is too much trouble , the location is fabulous and Nashville is just amazing We will be back and would choose this hotel again and again , thanks guys xx"
