Newly refurbished, one bedroom apartment with an additional double sofa bed. Two balconies catching the sun throughout the day. Rear balcony off bedroom with wide open view and front balcony offering sea view. Perfect for the morning coffee, evening apero or for outdoor dining. Very bright, fully furnished, fully equipped. Private parking inside the property behind an electric secure gate. 6th floor of a 7-floor building with an elevator. High speed fibre wifi. Smart TV. Reversible air conditioning in the living room and in bedroom. American style open plan kitchen with all the latest appliances including dish washer, large refrigerator with freezer, micro wave, electric induction hob, electric oven, Nespresso machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils that you would expect for a home from home. 100m from the sea. Short walk into the old town of Antibes. Small convenience store on ground floor of the building.
