We stayed for a month and enjoyed the area by the coast very much. The flat is spacious and is ideal for a family that wants to the together but have separateness too as there are two bedrooms with bathroom and lavatory at one end and an ensuite double at the other. The beds are rather too soft for people with back problems. The flat is on the bus route 30 and 31 which are circular routes and run about once an hour they pass both train stations Antibes and Juan les Pins so renting a car is not really necessary.
The appartment offers everything you need and is located in a nice gated community with a big pool. We enjoyed our holidays.

Good stay
The place is large and had a nice swimming pool. We had a good stay. Everything went smoothly and the lady who checked us in was very nice. The place was, however, quite warm due the the heatwave and lack of an AC in the sitting room. It also needs a little face-lift/update.
Excellent from the initial enquiry about the property all the way through to leaving the property after our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Would 100% recommend.
Fiends wanted to get away so we booked this for them. They loved it as much as we did. The only thing is they loved it so much that they wanted to book again but it was fully booked. Snap it up when you see available dates.
The apartment was perfect for our stay in the south of France. We have 3 teenagers and there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was great for cooling off and relaxing for a couple of hours each day and the local residents very friendly. Parking underground meant the car was cool when we got in it and was very secure.
Each day we went on a trip out and found it nice and central. We spent most of our time either in Antibes, Nice or Cannes. We would definitely book this apartment again when heading that way.

We really enjoyed our stay - we especially liked that the flat was so spacious and clean and the compound is beautiful. Also the aircondition in the bedrooms was blissful - it worked really well and was not noisy at all. The walk to the old town turned out to be quite longish and not really nice, but it is feasible. We decided to go by car most evenings and park at Port Vauban which is probably a lot less expensive in June than it would be during high season.
Spend nearly 3 weeks in that flat. Many room and hence suitable for a bigger family. All fully equipped. Some items started to wear out a bit, like the blinds on the window. Some kitchen staff shall be renewed but generally everything available what is needed. Nice pool for swimmers and non swimmers. 3km to city center, way there is downhill, way back uphill as flat is on a hill. Private underground parking. Nice neighbours.
Sehr schön nur zu kurz für die tollen Ausflugsziele, die Altstadt war ein wenig weit und Ball spielen teilweise verboten - das war für unseren Sohn nicht zu verstehen.

Résidence calme avec beaucoup de verdure. Grande piscine. Bonne literie. Cuisine bien équipée. Appartement avec possibilité de faire courant d air. Grand garage. Nous reviendrons l année prochaine sans hésiter si c est possible.
Appartement spacieux et fonctionnel. Quelques prises et lampes et la hotte qui ne fonctionnaient pas mais l'état général de l'appartement est bon. Les terrasses sont à rafraichir et la vue n'est pas très jolie. Piscine très propre et résidence et parc très bien entretenus mais située trop loin du centre pour se déplacer à pied. Circulation en voiture et parking difficiles à Antibes.

Un peu loin du centre . Appartement spacieux propre . Pas de piscine en service un manque quand il fait plus de 30 degrés
My partner and I like to take a short break every now and then. We tend to go back to places we previously enjoyed and felt comfortable. This place is exactly that plus more.
Mon mari et moi mème et nos amis ont aprécié le logement calme en toute sécurité pour les véhicules.
Bien placé une très bonne boulangerie patisserie tout près à pied.
Le reproche que l'on peut faire c'est au niveau de la cuisine pas d'essoreuse à salade pas de presse agrumes pas nous avons été obligés de demander des poeles neuves pas assez de couverts quand on est 6 pers et qu'il y a un lave vaisselles.
autrement très bonne literie. nous le recommandons aux vacanciers.
Right from the minute we opened the door, we couldn’t wait to get settled. The rooms were clean, and the property was larger than what we were expecting. It was perfect. Communication was great and replies were fast for anything we were not sure about. The air con works great to keep you cool.
When we go back we hope this is available as would happily stay again.

Spacious apartment close to the French Riviera
A clean, well maintained apartment - around 20 minute walk to the centre of the town which is home to some of the largest super yachts. Antibes town is full of restaurants with train station and bus stations. The Soleil D'Or Complex has a lovely swimming pool and tennis court as well as lots of green space. The garage space was perfect to park our car in and kitchen was fully equipped. The balconies of the flat were lovely to have breakfast rays and to soak up the sun. A really lovely location for us to stay on our 2-week family holiday - would highly recommend to all!
