L'appartement entier est climatisé et dispose d'une terrasse entourée de verdure.  
  
La piscine, le tennis et la place de parking dans la résidence vous seront pleinement accessibles.  
Vous aurez aussi la chance de profiter d'un grand parc verdoyant entourant la résidence avec gardien à l'entrée.  
  
L'appartement se compose :  
D'une pièce principale avec un lit double, ainsi que 2 fauteuils.  
Une cuisine équipée d'une plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur, four micro-onde, machine à café Nespresso, ustensiles de cuisine et machine à laver.  
Une salle d'eau avec douche et wc.  
Une terrasse, l'appartement étant en rez de jardin.  
  
Très bel équipement pour cet appartement, meublé avec goût, vous adorerez séjourner ici.  
L'appartement est entièrement climatisé.  
Bien entendu, vous aurez accès au Wifi gratuitement .  
  
L’appartement sera prêt et propre pour votre arrivée.

Le ménage est inclus gratuitement et comprend le ménage d'après séjour ainsi que la location du linge de lit et de bain par une blanchisserie professionnelle que nous offrons également.   
Une serviette de bain par personne est comprise.   
Nous fournissons aussi des kits d'accueil pour vos premiers instants de voyage (non pour tout le séjour comme à l'hotel) à savoir : papier wc, sopalin, liquide vaisselle, pastille lave-linge et vaisselle (si équipé), sac poubelle, produits pour le sol, torchon de cuisine...

#### Nice property in a beautiful estate.

We had a great stay at this property. The vendor was responsive during the booking process and generously allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. The house itself is beautiful, clean, well-kept, and located in a quiet, gated estate. It had all the amenities needed for a comfortable short stay.However, there were a couple of downsides. We had to collect and return the keys at the vendor’s office, which meant extra taxi costs. More importantly, we had some difficulty reaching the property manager after check-in, as our calls and messages went unanswered when we needed assistance.Despite these issues, the overall experience was excellent. With improvements to the key exchange process and guest communication, this would easily be a five-star stay.
