Property is very beautiful. I booked an ocean view room but as they did not have one they upgraded me to a beautiful suite. Of course i paid extra but they gave me a good discount. Breakfast was very good. Pool,spa, turkish bath were awesome. The only concern is the property located on a steep hill and if you dont have a car or cant walk on slope, then it will be a challenge. But around the property you can find shopping center and resturants. I would like to thank "Cagdas" the helpfull kind man on front desk. The fridge did not work and he send a mini firdge to the room which was convinent for a few days stay.

Pros: Clean room Comfortable bed Cons: Reception does not give warm welcome, not even a smile. Called and said bed sheets were wet, not dried enough. They said this is normal and they don’t have anymore. Had to take the damp comforter off the bed to let it and the sheets dry for a couple hours before laying on the bed for a nap after a long drive. Spa personnel were nice, but was cold like they don’t want to turn on the heat. Plus, we made an appointment and was delayed 30 minutes for massage. Restaurant was very bad and food was subpar. Buffet was very basic and overpriced for what it was. Ordered off the menu, pictures much better than the food. Had to send back French fries, cold mixed with hot, like they were trying not to throw out old ones. Had to send back bread because it had mold on it. Went to pay and they said their credit card machine was broke for the last 3 days, they wouldn’t go to another part of the hotel to get another, so I had to pay cash. Just paid with credit card at the spa an hour earlier. Again, customer isn’t important. I have lived in Turkey for the last 10 years and my wife is Turkish. We travel a lot and this one night stay was very disappointing. We will not stay here again.

Ailecek oldukça güzel bir tatil geçirdik iki küçük çocukla gitmemize rağmen gayet konforlu bir tatil yaptık Odaların manzaraları çok güzel. Sahil biraz uzak yürüme mesafesi 15 dakika. Hareketli tatil yapmak isteyenlere uygun bir otel olduğunu düşünmüyorum zaten resimlerde görüldüğü blokların sadece 2 tanesi Otel diğer bloglar rezidans tarzında ve şahsa ait.

Nice hotel but not 5 star

We was in the hotel in the end of the October for one week. Hotel is really nice and frame for really quality 5 star hotel is there. It's clean and workers are friendly, but well it don’t work like a 5 star hotel at all. One nice lady speaks fluent english in the reception and few other people speaks english, the rest cannot communicate with you, they can take the orders in the restaurant but no matter what u ask they don’t understand. It makes things bit difficult but we could live with that. But when u ask some food for example from the buffet many they don’t understand / listen what you say, they start to put food on your blade immediately and then u get wrong food, wrong amounts etc. They should listen your order fully, before turning their back and starting to put food on your blade. They never write down orders, so many times they come back to you to ask what was the order.. Few times they even forgot the orders totally, especially if u ask basic thing like water. in the pool area many days nobody came to take orders. Some days there was person to take orders. Usually in 5 star hotels, or even 3-4 star things are setup similarly every time you order something. Well in one week time we got coffee in 7 different kind of glasses/cups, in same breakfast it could be 3 different kind offs. We paid breakfast and dinner in advance for every day. Food is basically good but boringly the same every day in the buffet, so in the last night we didn't even want to eat there anymo

Pretty well

Everything’s fine, the place is quiet and calm. The only disadvantage is staff at reception during night shift. I wanted to upgrade my meal type for one night, to have dinner, prepared cash to pay, but receptionist (was a men) just didn’t know how to do it by hotels’s system. It took us nearly 20 min to wait, but he couldn’t finally. Had to go to restaurant and pay there, what was not a problem, but please don’t make your guests waiting. Other hand is great, I’ve used almost all duties from room service to airport transfer from hotel and there’s nothing negative to say. Thank you.

Personelin ve otelin servis hizmeti rezalet. Odaya getirdikleri servisin boşlarını bizim geri koridordaki boşların toplandığı alana götürmemizi istediler. İkinci bir buz kovası istedik önce ilkini geri getirin bize, sonra diğerini verelim denildi. Otel zaten denize uzak, havuzu da bildiğin çocuk havuzu gibi. Aileyle gitsen çocuklar için animasyon ekibi yok. Restaurant ekibi desen son derece amatör, yaptıkları işten menüden servisten bir haber. Yazılacak çok şey var ama özetle 10 üzerinden 2.

Le lieu est splendide , le personnel sans exception est plus que sympathique, adorable , toujours souriant et aux petits soins . Ce que j’ai moins aimé est que la chambre notamment la salle de bain n’était pas très bien nettoyé mais ce n’est qu un léger détail car tout le reste frôle l’excellence .

Hôtel 5☆ convenable pour un long week-end en amoureux mais peut être lassant sur du long terme. Hôtel propre, les repas étaient bons et variés mais problème d'insonorisation entre les chambres les unes sur les autres. On entendait tout les pas et les portes qui claquaient.

when We arrived at the hotel at 14:00 our room wasn’t ready yet, even though check out time for the last guest was 12. We had to wait at the reception for more than 30 minutes, with my tired children. The staff is not friendly at all, and some of them directly rude. However, one waitress at the restaurant was nice and friendly. We booked a senior suite with two beds, but got a room with one double bed and one folding bed. The view from the hotel is really good, but you have to be up for going up and down a hell if you want to go somewhere. The morning buffet is disappointing, but the food from menu is alright. I tried to catch hotel manager several times, but didn’t succeed. The two guys sitting at the reception don’t speak English and are unprofessional. The only professional staff we met was the young lady at the reception, named Kamilla ( I think) who spoke very good English and was doing her job well.

Modernes Hotel mit Sicht auf dem Meer

Liegt auf dem Berg eine sehr schöne Aussicht von oben, man muss ein sehr steilen Berg runter laufen um zum Strand zu kommen. Das Hotel ist sehr Modern und sehr schön Mobiliert, es ist ruhig und fern vom Trubel.

Super lækkert hotel! Desværre fik vi ikke det værelse vi havde betalt for. Der var en i receptionen der talte engelsk, hende så vi kun en gang. Der var så mange misforståelser og personalet var direkte grove. Værelset, som ellers var lækkert, manglede lys og bar præ af ikke at være færdigt.
