The location of this hotel literally took our breath away. The view was unbelievable and our room was quaint, clean and quiet. It was one of our most memorable hotel experiences in Turkey. The food was excellent, the host was very warm and friendly and even drove us 5 hours to Bodrum when we were in a pinch for transport. We will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here. :) thank you Natalie & Cihan!!!

Kas is perfect holiday destination. the hotel was so-so. we couldn't have stayed the room, was a bit different, as shown on photos. There was no sea view, was looking at patio & next doors roof. location is good, no extra-ordinary cuisenes but it was tasty.

Paceful with warm sevice
We arrived at Diva ti a warm welcome from the owners and staff. Clean, tidy and amazing service. The food great and presentation beautiful.Peaceful as its on the penisula. Short walk down to sea where in summer they have a beach & snack bar. Yes we will be going back an amazing gem!

Amazing Place Amazing People
Waking up to birds signing around a breath taking dawn view of islands and calm sea, then jogging up n down circulating the peninsula, back to morning local natural breakfast, ending morning by a freshly ground cup of coffee served by sweet owners, is just what you'd keep coming back for.

Nice place. Quiet. Good hosts. Beautiful scenery. Charming. If you have kids, bring swimming life jackets as the access to the beach is off a small cliff. Awesome for adults. Clean water. We will definitely consider this place again.

Peaceful, Will go back!
My beau & I stayed here and found it to be wonderful. the feeling, from the surroundings around the rooms full of pink peppercorn trees, flowers, and down to the beach. It was a breathe of fresh air, calm, everything we wanted. It is quiet, if you are looking for a "party" place this is not it. The people who run & own this Residance make you feel at home. The kitchen is a little slow but well worth the wait the food is wonderful, homemade jams, stews, soups, vegetables and fish. The rooms are spacious!

Visitor friendly!
Very interesting location, nice surroundings, beautiful view. Our first visit to Kaş, but not the last. We were one of the first visitors for season 2023, we enjoyed nice food, excellent breakfast and last but not least; staff is extremely nice and friendly!

Sehr schöne Lage, schöne Aussicht von unseren Räumlichkeiten aus, gutes und sehr angenehmes Personal. Die Bilder entsprechen weniger dem aktueĺlen Zustand in den Zimmern. Kleine Veränderungen und liebevolle Kleinigkeiten könnten sehr leicht mehr Gemütlichkeit und Freude in den Räumen hervorbringen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Man kann gut ins Meer, Swimmingpool für Kinder geeignet.

Очень уютный отель. Отелем управляет русско-турецкая приветливая семейная пара, которая много лет вкладывает душу, чтобы гостям было хорошо. Среди постояльцев турецкие, английские и русские семьи. Номерной фонд откровенно уставший, но в комнатах чисто, кондиционер вполне охлаждает. Завтраки включены, очень хорошие, обеды и ужины за деньги, вкусно, на ужин гриль. Мясо всегда в наличии, свежую рыбу лучше заказать накануне. Парковкой лично мы не пользовались, но она есть. Пляж свой на платформе

Calisanlar guler yuzlu, Ozel park yeri var, araba ile diger plajlara ulasim mumkun, braz yuruyerek 5dk Diva ya ait yerden de denize gitmek mumkun. Oglen yemek icin kofte soyledik, cok guzel yapilmisti. Kahvalti basarili, ekmek cesitleri eklenebilir, ekmek kizartabiliyorlar sorarsaniz. Son gun carsaflar toplanmadi bir de banyo havlulari degismedi 3 gece kaldigimiz icin olabilir. Ayrica plaj havlusu veriliyor, bu cok iyi!

Veldig gammelt og utslitt hotel. Det er synd det kunne vært perfekt sted som hotel med oppgradering av rom etc. Viktig!! Ha alltid rom nøkler med om Dere drar ut og helst vær på rommet ved rengjøring. Opplevd at personalet har lange fingrer uten jeg kan helt bevise det. Mistet noen klær:(

Hello, dear Erdil bey. The hotel building may be old but everything is in a good condition. If something breaks we always renew it or repair. It's a normal thing nothing is for ages. About the stuff with long fingers it is a lie. After your departure while cleaning the stuff found a t-shirt in between bedshits. I sent you the message with a picture of it asking the address so we may send it to you. Next day you came to pick it up and asked for another lost clothes. You might loose them somewhere else. Where is the proof?? We checked the room again, nothing was found. You don't have a right to blame the staff. There are hundreds guests who leave thing in the hotel. We always find the way to contact them and sent lost things back. Hope your clothes will be found.

Изумительные ощущения! Небольшой отель на полуострове с русскоговорящей хозяйкой по имени Наталья, которая своей доброжелательностью и вниманием окружила нас на несколько дней. Месторасположение чудесное, хороший чистый бассейн для 10 номеров отеля (могу незначительно ошибаться в количестве), замечательный повар, который радовал нас сказочными завтраками и ужинами. Небольшой собственный пляж (площадка на вулканическом завораживающем береге) очень комфортна, на 12-15 лежаков, с баром и барменом. Для детишек выход в море не простой, даже слегка опасный, но мы с трехлетним мальчиком с кучей плавательных принадлежностей (нарукавники, круг, гидрокостюм) с огромным удовольствием поплавали над четырехметровой пропастью моря. Спасибо! Дополнение: к девушкам особое дополнительное внимание местных мужчин, особенно по имени Джихан. На ваше усмотрение.

Magical place
Amazing place. If you are looking for a real tranquil place in Kaş, then this is the place. Beautiful small beach on the rocks with fishes all around. Great snorkelling. Important to note that on this side of the peninsula water is more accessible due to being less effected by high waves from the open water. Especially Diva's entry is always good. Cleanliness is acceptable, food is delicious, staff is helpful. We were with 2 kids (7 and 8y), they also enjoyed this stay the best.

Huzurlu tatil arayanlara.
Keyifli ve huzurlu birkaç gün geçirdik. Otel işletmecisi cihan bey ve eşi karşılamadan uğurlamaya kadar sürekli yanımızdaydılar ve herkonudA yardımcı oldular. Yemekler oldukça güzel ve porsiyonlar doyurucu idi. Denize ulaşım merdivenler sebebiyle biraz sıkıntılı olsa da suya girdiğiniz anda herşeye değer olduğunu anlıyorsunuz. Su çok temiz,çeşit çeşit balıkları izlemek mümkün. Güzel temiz ve derin su seviyorsanız ve sakinlik arıyorsanız ideal bi tesis olduğunu söyleyebilirim.

Kaş tarafında onlarca oteli araştırdık. Bu tarafta tatil yapacaksanız bu otelden başka yer bakmayın. konumu çok iyi. Çok sessiz . plajı mükemmel ve en önemlisi Sahibi Cihan bey ve çalışanların hizmet anlayışı mükemmel. Kendiniz otelde değil çok yakın bir arkadaşınızın yazlığında gibi hissediyorsunuz. Otel tertemiz. Yemekler müthiş. Otoparkı mevcut. Wifi evdeki gibi hızlı ve en önemlisi vodafone ve turkcell heryerinde full çekiyor.
