The service in the reception was very good. We got a personlig guide that explained us everything about the hotel, restaurants and the different entertainments and things we could do at the hotel. Food was excellent. The pools and the private beach were fantastic. One could find every thing inside the hotel: butiks, game's hall, different bares which served hot and cold drinks for free. Room service every day. The only negativ point was the 2 guest rooms which they could be used by guests who would come very early or leave very late. The furnitures were dirty and the rooms were not clean.
Great Hotel for a relaxed time with yourself and/or loved ones! Didn’t really used all the amenities but they seemed nice, good food and the staff was always very helpful!! Very recommended!!

Everything is good with the room and it looks great
We had a bit of a rocky start before even arriving ( a passport delay forced us to request a last-minute visa date change) and the team at Adalya, especially Cemile from CRM and Sedef from Billing, handled it with so much warmth and professionalism. They even allocated us a lovely room on the 5th floor with a sea view. That kind of hospitality before we even checked in set the tone for the whole stay.
Once we got there, everything was genuinely great. The room was clean, well designed and comfortable. The food had real variety and quality - not just quantity like you’d expect at a typical all-inclusive. The pools were beautiful and well maintained. The staff throughout were friendly and attentive.
For a couple looking for a relaxing, stress-free stay with great food and a beautiful setting, Adalya delivers. We came in needing to unwind after a stressful few days and left feeling exactly that. Would absolutely come back.
Staff are really welcoming, respectful and polite. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Bathroom area is spacious and clean. Re-stuffing is awesome and regularly every day. Housekeepers are polite and respectful.
The hotel facilities, food quality, pools, and overall presentation are excellent, and the staff are generally hardworking and polite. However, the hotel appears heavily oriented toward families with young children, and the room sound insulation is insufficient for this type of environment. We experienced ongoing disturbances from children running, screaming, loud conversations, and doors slamming in nearby rooms and corridors.
While the hotel facilities, food quality, pools, and general presentation were excellent, the ongoing noise issues significantly affected our comfort and sleep quality. Unfortunately, the hotel staff's handling of our concerns also left us disappointed, so we are unlikely to return.
Great stay and great serves and outstanding staff every where !!
So warm welcoming from Lady Efsane at front desk with her professional and smoothy check-in !!
Great serves at the lobby bar all nights with all waiters :
Hakan ,Ahmet ,Eda , Zehra Gokan ,Isa !
I must mention the young lady , waiter's chef Ms. Sherifa ..she was so kind and all the time looking to have outstanding serves during our stay !!
Hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was also clean and spacious. The partial view of the sea was also great and the pool and beach amenities were excellent. The buffet was delicious with a huge selection.
A very clean and well maintained resort with no water activities during winter season. You can access the pools though which are temp controlled. Staff was Ok, the SPA services - we spend 320 pounds for 2 people - I would say the service was underwhelming (realised we were taken for a ride - so anyone who wants the SPA please avoid the mistake we did and haggle the maximum to get the price right).
We had a really lovely time here. The staff are friendly and always helpful. Our room had two sections with a door in between, this worked really well for us as we could put our toddler to sleep and close the door to minimise disruptions. Dining was excellent, no matter how busy you can always find a table , food was fresh and varied.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Nice rooms, large pools, nice beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, infact everything was good about the hotel apart from the food. The selection was poor, my wife and i struggled most days to fill our stomachs and despite Turkey being a muslim country, ham / pork was being served in the main restaurant, this was a disgrace. Also alcohol is highly promoted all around the hotel with many bars, again this is a muslim country and should not be allowed. Apart from this, the hotel is good.

Hotel walls are paper thin - we had a family staying next to us that had a man talking loud at 2 am and a kid crying at 7 am. Needless to say we were not able to get rest any of the nights since their sound was permeating into our room and felt as if they were inside.
We talked to guest relations and reception but they didn’t show any inkling of wanting to help. They wouldn’t even let the family know to keep it quiet during night time. Upon checkout, reception asked me if our stay was good, I told them everything and they said I should have let them know and they would have fixed it. Well, I told him that I did let them know and they did nothing to which he replied maybe next time it will be better… I dont think there will be next time.
Food quality was mediocre - I avoided chicken since it tasted funky, ground beef was very dry but otherwise ok. Sweets were not good.
All in all, I would have paid 20% for the value I got from this hotel. Definitely not worth it
Hotel is lovely, rooms are very large and comfortable but need soundproofing, you can hear everything in the rooms either side so makes sleeping difficult. Unfortunately they had renovation works going on, think upstairs to us but drilling noise was awful.
Food not up to 5* could not get plain chicken or meatballs for the children. Being ultra all inclusive would have expected bottle beers but nothing. As we were a large group we enjoyed ourselves but went out daytime.
