Free parking only 30 seconds walk from door. Located less than a mile from the popular wedding venue The Cowshed, and 5 miles from Falside Mill. Front garden with stairs leading up to the front door. On closer looking all the blinds, lampshades were very dusty. Under the sink was evidence of mice. Some door handles loose. The staircases could be doing with banisters/handrails. Our three-night hire, this low season, comes at £16 per hour was Ok. However, an extra £25 for one hour 11am departure is mean. Over the decades at other such properties have offered us a 4th night free. Holding the "damage waiver" for a week is too long. Group decision we shall not return here. ##### Anthony G.
