This cottage with a fireplace offers a view of the village and the surrounding greenery. Surrounded by vast meadows and the nearby forest, you'll also be halfway between Gérardmer and Saint-Dié-des-Vosges. Tourism and Disability Approval. This 120 m² detached house is accessible to people with reduced mobility.  
Ground floor: entrance hall, semi-open kitchen, living room with fireplace.  
1 separate toilet. 1 bedroom (1 double bed) and a bathroom with bathtub, shower, and raised toilet.  
On the 1st floor: 4 bedrooms (2 double beds, 4 single beds, 2 baby beds). 1 bathroom with shower. 1 toilet. 1 foosball table.  
  
Utilities included, electric heating.  
Private garage and grounds. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.  
  
For babies: crib, high chair, changing table, bathtub  
  
Motorcyclist welcome: private garage of approximately 15 m² + nearby outbuilding + toolbox + garage specializing in motorcycles in Saint-Dié-des-Vosges.  
Shops: Super U bakery, butcher, and caterer 2 km away in Anould.  
In the area: CDHV confectionery in Plainfaing (6 km), Fraispertuis-City amusement park (36 km), hiking trails starting from the cottage - bike path 500m from the cottage.  
Doctor 3 km away.  
3 km from the center of Anould (a town of approximately 3,500 inhabitants). Tourism and Disability label renewed in 2023.  
Ground floor bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilet, adapted for people with reduced mobility - Access to the entire ground floor and terrace via wide doors.
