If you buy tickets for all three lines, including the Red Line, for two days (which cost us €28 each), you'll get excellent value and see all the major sights. This popular hotel offers comfortable beds and stunning city views from its rooftop. We are two Canadians in their late 60’s and do travel a lot since retirement. It’s family- and dog-friendly, making it a very welcoming place. The room we stayed in had a private bathroom, which is not always guaranteed in Europe. Just a 3-minute walk from the hotel is an excellent, authentic Greek restaurant called Maeina. Their chicken and beef soup is served in generous portions and is delicious, plus they make an amazing gyro. We stayed here for four days in December 2025 and highly recommend this hotel!"
