"A truly amazing home and hosts. Perfect location away from crowds yet close to everything. They provide just about anything you need. The house was very clean, the heated pool was amazing and being able to take the golf cart around to all the amazing restaurant's and shops was so fun. Can’t wait to return."

"Great Location! Nice quite beach right across the street. Great number of beaches with easy access, walkable from the home. There was everything you needed for the beaches; umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys, towels, etc. Pool great feature especially with toddlers. Golf cart is a must! "House was as described but your certainly paying for the fact your on a canal at the north end. Pool is nice and heated more than others on the island so it made up for not having a hot tub.The property itself is lacking maintenance from the property manager. One of the bathroom doors always popped open luckily there was a sliding door to also close. The bathtub drain needed to be propped open otherwise it wouldn’t drain. Bugs were constantly getting in the house probably from some of the screens not fitting the windows appropriately, when we arrived it looked like the counters hadn’t been clean because bugs were all over it. I’ve never been at a rental that didn’t have cleaning solution so I couldn’t disinfect them. Microwave only worked if you slammed the door vs trying to close it quietly to not wake people up. The water level was low at the dock so no easy access to rent and use kayaks but we knew that might be an issue going into this property."

"My family and I enjoyed every moment of our stay. Many stores with in 10 minute walking distance and kayak rental was delivered to the house for our enjoyment. Saw dolphins splashing in the water a short distance away. Can’t wait to come comeback next year! Great experience for my whole family."

"The house was very nice and a great location. However, the master bathroom does not have a door at all, which means absolutely no privacy. We did not like that. The beds could definitely be upgraded, at least adding a mattress topper. New pillows and bedding should also be considered. The listing says that beach equipment is not guaranteed, which implies it might be available. There was not any beach equipment provided (no chairs, wagon, cooler), which added an unexpected expense. The living area of the house is nice and we did really like the location."
