Niemand konnte ein einziges Wort englisch In dem Zimmer gab es praktisch keine Ablagemöglichkeiten Der preis war zu hoch, was wahrscheinlich auch an dem grossen Ansturm auf die Insel gelegen hat! Silvester Das Frühstück war eigentlich ganz gut! Viele frische Früchte!

Modtog ikke nogen booking

Jeg bookede en nat og da jeg mødte op i receptionen får jeg at vide at der ikke er modtaget nogen booking, selvom jeg altså tydeligt kan fremvise mail med booking bekræftelse. Og så står vi der om aftenen på en fremmed ø i Brasilien. Ikke i orden....

Très bien.

Très bon emplacement, à côté de la plage et pour le soir, tout près du centre animé. Chambre confortable et très propre. Petit déjeuner varié et frais.

Os quartos ficam muito próximos a área de refeições e qualquer barulho é percebido. Falta ventilação adequada aos quartos. Servem o café da manhã muito tarde.

Disappointing stay

The Pousada looks nice and cozy at first but the rooms are more than disappointing. When entering the pousada we were offered a room with mould all over the ceiling. We immediately complained about it and were offered the room next to the previous one. This room didn‘t show mould but it was repainted only shortly before, as the smell was still in it. We believe, that there was nothing done against the mould, as in some parts, you could still see it. In addition to this, there was a lot of hair in the bathroom. The whole room wasn‘t cleaned very well but just superficially. Furthermore, even though it is nice to have some color in a room, we prefer white towels as they can be washed at hotter temperatures. The towels in the pousada were of nice colors, but when drying oneself with it, one was covered with lint all over the body. Not only were the rooms disappointing, also did the WiFi, the AirCon and the Fan not work during the whole stay. We were told initially that it would be repaired the next day but it wasn‘t. The breakfast was ok but couldn’t make up for the other inconveniences.

O proprietário nos colocou em outra pousada onde o motor de água quebrou e ficamos uma tarde sem água. Foi péssimo.

Pousada simples, mas tem tudo que precisamos: é confortável, tem um bom café da manhã e o atendimento do Marcos é maravilhoso, ajudou bastante com dicas de passeios e restaurantes. Com certeza voltaremos.
