Staff is very helpful and polite. Pousada by the beach belonging to the hotel was awesome, secluded and private. Great place to spend the day, highly recommend.

This property is in the town with a shuttle to a small patch of beach next to Angra Inn. Tours will pick you up from the hotel but you have to Uber back. Limited dining experiences at Pirates Mall and downtown Angra.

The private beach that you have access to by a free hotel transportation was amazing. Staff was top of the line. Breakfast was excellent too

Booked this hotel for 3 nights as was called a beach hotel and the pictures on the website showed the hotel on the beach... this was not the case and it couldn’t have been further from the beach.. I left this hotel after 1 night and the hotel would not refund me the money

Good hotel for few days
Very functional hotel. Check in took along time as they had no record of our booking, i had to call hotel.com who were excellent and 5 minutes later they found the reservation. (50 rooms and my Dutch name was missed???) then had to wait for room to be cleaned, got to room at 5pm. But hotel is probably the nicest in Angra.

The name “Beach “ and showing pictures of the beach, we were expecting a beach. But instead, it was in town but everything else was good 👍. The room was clean nice safe walkable

This is in no way a beach hotel. The photo on travelocity shows a nice pool and deck in the front of the beach. The hotel is in the middle of the city. At check in they claimed that my prepayment for our rooms was just to hold them so we paid another fee for our rooms. They never refunded my pre-payment. I explained this to the staff and they said the manager would do it when he arrived. The next morning at check out the staff had no idea of this issue and then when it was explained they claimed the manager was not available. I suggested they call him. They sent him text messages saying he would refund the money to my bank account. I gave them the information and left. They never returned the funds. As I said it is in the city not on the beach. They have a dock, a small beach and a decrepit building by the beach. You need to ride in their ancient van to get there. Once there we were entertained by a dog chasing and barking at at a cat for over an hour. Truly awful. All travelers should avoid this hotel.

Bunch of Crooks - Stay Away
So many things were below par with this hotel. The worst of which was they had a piece of the hotel fall off of the building and punch a hole in my hire car and they refuse to pay for it, despite expressing in writing that they are at fault for the damages. The hotel spa did not work, the TV in my room did not work, the Internet in my room did not work, the door lock to my room did not work and things were taken, and one day i was made what in the lobby for 6 hours as the path to my room was apparently impeded. The staff now refuse to return any contact with me about the damage they caused and even expedia called on my behalf and they hung up. Do not risk staying at this den of thieves.

Nice modern newer hotel not on the beach or d'town
if you just need a place to stay in the Angra area, this is a nice modern newer fashionable quality hotel with a great breakfast and plently of safe parking - it is not near the beach nor is it near the old downtown Angra - so pick something closer to the port if you plan to walk to the boats for tours, rooms are newer bathrooms are very modern and comfortable a/c blows cold and lighting is excellent!

O hotel tinha que especificar que o quarto família é improvisado, são dois, um com duas camas de solteiro, fica com sacada, e o de casal parecia um quarto de UTI de hospital, improvisaram com paredes de vidro, sem ventilação nenhum, horrível! Cheio de pernilongos! No mais o pessoal da limpeza, os meninos do estacionamento e as meninas do café da manhã estão de parabéns são ótimos.

Hôtel mal situé et très moyen
Hotel correct sans charme dans un environnement pas terrible même très laid . Aucune vue de la chambre qui est juste avec un lit pas de bureau table de nuit . Lumière froide au plafond . Bref chambre avec minimum. Douche avec moisissure. Petit déjeuner pas bon. Jus de fruit industriel très mauvais . Les verres tasses sont manquants … Le personnel de l accueil et du parking sont agréable seul point positif de cet hôtel .

O hotel não corresponde as fotos. Necessita manutenções, as paredes estão sujas , há rachaduras no forro do teto do banheiro , os aparelhos de ar condicionado não funcionam bem, os televisores não estão atualizados para conexão a internet , o wi fi não funciona bem , o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar ( não tem se quer um suco que seja natural ), o banheiro tem azulejos antigos que acumularam muita sujeira na base , o conjunto de mesa e cadeira que estão na varanda está com a madeira podre , colocando em risco quem sentar .No anúncio não fica claro , mas a piscina “privada” do hotel necessita pagamento prévio para visitá-la , ou seja , ser hóspede não lhe dá vantagem nenhuma na utilização. Resumindo, o hotel está numa classificação que não lhe corresponde . Eu me senti enganado ao chegar no local e me deparar com este tipo de estrutura e serviço. A equipe de funcionários se esforça para tentar manter uma boa imagem , mas é insustentável. Já me hospedei em vários outros hotéis pelo Brasil e mundo afora , mas nunca antes fiquei tão insatisfeito em pagar por um serviço que não valeu o preço .

Boa e pratica opção
Estadia foi boa, fácil localização próximo ao centro e a alguns minutos de carro do Cais principal. Estrutura boa no geral, limpo e organizado. Atendimento de todos foram bem solícitos, especialmente a equipe de limpeza. Café da manhã com poucas opções, porém saboroso. os 4 dias que fiquei o café da manhã foi exatamente o mesmo, sem nenhuma variação. Ponto negativo são os sucos, todas as opções durante esses dias foram sucos industrializados. O almoço e jantar no hotel foram bons, porém bem simples, para o valor que cobram poderiam ter mais opções. Outro ponto, que não chega ser negativo é que não tem praia boa próximo, precisa ir de carro para alguma praia, mas o hotel disponibiliza um "beach club" deles com transfer incluído, mediante a pagamento a parte, lá é bonito mas a estrutura precisa melhorar bastante, parece um pouco descuidado.

Poderia ser melhor
O hotel tem uma boa localização, é limpo, café da manhã satisfatório e possui quarto confortável. Porém as paredes são muito finas, o que permite ouvir barulho de outros hóspedes. A decepção foi a respeito do transfer para praia que te leva as 10h e só busca as 16h, sem flexibilidade alguma de horário e sem a possibilidade de ir com carro próprio. Devido a isso, não podemos aproveitar a praia do hotel porque era totalmente inviável ficar o dia inteiro na praia com minha bebê de 10 meses.

O hotel é um prédio residencial transformado em hotel, achei razoável, o quarto é bom, bem espaçoso, café da manhã básico, só tem um elevador, é um pouco demorado, são 6 andares, o sexto é a cobertura, onde tem a piscina e o restaurante. Atendeu minha necessidade, mas não sei se voltaria. Pelas fotos achei que fosse frontal mar, mas não é.

El hotel excelente muy limpio, la habitación muy amplia y con una hermosa vista a la montaña, lamentablemente no tuvimos agua caliente no teníamos jabón y shampoo aunque lo pedimos varias veces y el sky de la televisión nunca funcionó aunque se les informó y solicitó arreglaran. Solo podían comunicarse en portugués ni inglés ni español

Não tive uma boa surpresa
O hotel em si é ótimo. Suíte confortável e ampla, boa localização, bem pertinho do Piratas Mall. Café da manhã ok. Mas, porém me hospedei porque eles ofereciam uma praia bem bonita, particular com direito a transfer que saia do hotel, de hora em hora. Agora é diferente, vc precisa reservar essa ida à praia, e pagar a diária da praia que se eu não me engano é 80,00 por pessoa. Não está incluído na diária. Cheguei às 14hrs no check in e não tinha mais vaga, e só há a possibilidade de ir às 10 hrs e retornar no fim da tarde, ou seja, eles te obrigam a ficar na praia o dia inteiro. Não conseguimos ir à praia do hotel, porque mesmo pagando, por agora, só sair um transfer as 10, não tinha vaga. Resumo: o hotel é ótimo para quem vai a trabalho, para lazer, complicou. É melhor ficar em um hotel à beira da praia, com diária de valores similares.
