In terms of location you cant get much closer to the popular Point Roadknight beach. No need to drive - just carry your boards straight over to the beach - or walk a couple of paces to the stunning back beach for a walk on the picturesque walking tracks. Hidden amongst the Moonah trees it has multiple outdoor living spaces including a huge deck and barbecue area. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (each with separate toilets) and two relaxing living areas (each with TV/ DVD player). Whilst this house is ideal for 2 families it is equally suitable for a smaller group. Comprising all the usual comforts such as a dishwasher, coffee machine, heating, underfloor heating in downstairs area, washing machine/dryer, there is also an open fire for cold winter nights as well as electric heaters in all the bedrooms, free wifi and Netflix, and a large refectory table seating 10 people. The house has all you need for a relaxing getaway at any time of the year - from Summer through to Winter. Outdoor hot and cold shower. Early and late check out is available at non-peak times at no extra cost (if possible). Strict No Party Policy (schoolies, hens, bucks etc) See terms and conditions Linen not provided - Hire available Wifi Availlable (Plus Netflix) Dogs allowed outside only on approval Strictly no smoking Forced move in days may apply over peak times.
