A private hot tub fills the sunroom of this single-level condo, with Wheeler Peak in view through the windows. Alpine Gardens #3 sleeps 5 in one bedroom and one bath, and the Eagle resort shuttle stop is across the street.

Built in the 1980s, Alpine Gardens #3 keeps its original finishes and is clean and well maintained. Three steps lead up to the entrance, and the rest of the condo is on one level. The living area has a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen Roku TV, and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, and the dining table has seating for 4. A stacked washer and dryer are in a closet off the kitchen.

The bedroom has a queen bed and a large bathroom with a dressing area, a dual-sink vanity, and a shower-tub combo.

The sunroom holds the hot tub, extra seating, and a full-size futon, with windows facing Wheeler Peak. A small back deck off the sunroom has the same view.

Pack and plays and high chairs can be requested for an additional fee, subject to availability.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Small back deck off the sunroom with Wheeler Peak views.
GENERAL: Wi-Fi, linens and towels, hair dryers, hangers, kitchen starter pack, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. Pack and plays and high chairs can be requested for an additional fee, subject to availability.
LOCATION: Across North Angel Fire Road from the Eagle resort shuttle stop (ski season), 6 minutes' drive (2.1 miles) from the Angel Fire Country Club.
PARKING: One parking space directly in front of the unit.
POOL AND FITNESS: Not on-site. The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club, 2.1 miles away, are open to guests for a daily, weekly, or monthly fee.
The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort are reserved for Lodge and Eagle Wing Suites guests and are not included with this condo.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Occupancy is limited to 5 guests by the Village of Angel Fire short-term rental ordinance.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, guests must take trash to the Recycling Center. A map to the Recycling Center is in the guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside, as wildlife will open the bags. A Trash Removal option is available for a $100.00 fee, and we will remove all bagged trash after check-out. If trash is left at the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to the reservation.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere at this property, including decks and patios.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
A 4WD or AWD vehicle is not required to reach this condo, but winter driving conditions (November–March) can be difficult. Please use caution if you are not used to winter driving.
