For most visitors, the best area to stay in Angaga is within the main resort, which occupies the entire island.
The island itself is relatively small, roughly 300 metres long and 150 metres wide, making it very easy to navigate on foot. The resort is arranged with a central reception area, dining facilities, and a dive centre. Beach bungalows are dotted along the perimeter, offering direct access to the white sandy beaches, while water bungalows extend out over the turquoise lagoon from the northern side of the island, connected by wooden jetties.
Couples often find the water bungalows particularly appealing for a romantic escape. These bungalows offer direct access to the sea from private decks, providing an intimate setting with uninterrupted ocean views. They're also a short stroll from the main restaurant and spa facilities.
Families might prefer the beach bungalows due to their proximity to the sandy shores, which are ideal for children to play safely.
