"The room was very clean, except the towels were stained. The heat wasnt working and it was fixed immediately. Only other issue was certain tv channels did not work properly. There was some garbage and cigarette buts outside. The price was affordable. Overall i was happy. And would stay here again. Huge plus they allow pets for a small extra charge."

"We had a great weekend stay at this property. Very clean, owner was extremely responsive to any questions, beds were very comfortable, great fire pit area and fun game room. We really enjoyed the screened in porch as well and taking time to relax in this beautifully decorated home. Will definitely head to this rental the next time we visit the Poconos."

"Great family gathering of 2 of us, 3 adult children, 1 significant other, and one grandson age 5 ... celebrated 2 birthdays. House was perfect for us with 4 bedrooms, and wonderful outdoor space on the creek. Ryan was super responsive and welcoming. Nice having porch on main floor as well as deck with grill off game room."

"This house was amazing. We had a large group with a lot of kids, and we had a great weekend. However, pool areas did not have locks, and the alarms that were intended alert entry into pool area only worked for one pool. I would also characterize this house as 8 bedrooms vs 9. One of the bedrooms doubled as a hallway connecting the two main areas of the house. It worked for us but could be challenging if you wanted a bit more privacy."

"To be honest when I drove up to the house it was not what I thought it would be. It was much better then that! Also the neighborhood was wonderful with plenty of space between well keep houses throughout. The interior of the house was amazing and very clean. There was also plenty of space to go off by yourself whether it was inside or outside. You will definitely not feel claustrophobic. The basement was wonderful with a pool table and basketball game. "Stayed at this house for three nights with two friends (all three of us in our 40s) and had an excellent time. Everything is as described, very clean and easy to access. Marc was very communicative and a wonderful host. Also very close to the city, but felt like we were hundreds of miles away. Recommended in all aspects!"

"Quiet, cozy and relaxing property surrounded by naturally beautiful setting! We had a very relaxing time and the host made sure all our questions were answered promptly, very easy to deal with. The owners leave no stone unturned when seeing that their guests are comfortable and well provided for. If we were to come back to NJ for a visit in a heatbeat we'd choose to come back here!!"
