We were expecting privacy and were disappointed when we arrived to find out it’s a shared property. Our unit didn’t have use of the deck even though it was right outside our back door (and shown in the pictures). Our unit had access to the lower level although we shared the stairs with the other unit since both units share the back yard. During part of our stay the other unit was rented for a small family gathering to which the owner asked us to give them privacy which prevented us access to our backyard space. The inside of the house was as pictured.
