This home is the cleanest we have ever rented. There are three living room areas for a family to relax and read a book, work on your computer or watch some television on two TVs with what seemed like hundreds of channels to satisfy everyone’s interests.Bill is such a great host. He answers any questions and responds to requests within minutes of receiving a text message. He respects your privacy and doesn’t intrude on your time at the rental. He truly cares about making your stay a satisfying, pleasant experience.

Merrimack Graduation

Our stay was great!The house was fully stocked, clean and we had plenty of room to celebrate my son's graduation from Merrimack. The back yard was beautifully landscaped and very private, which served us well for a family BBQ.Bill was a great host, and our weekend was a big success!

Longtime friends at wedding

We were comfortable and the hosts were easy to communicate with. The only thing we were uncomfortable with was the house was close to a busy street. The large pine tree made it difficult to pull out or back in. We were in a larger truck.

Beautiful Home

Very nice and clean, updated home. Easy access to Rockport and Boston. Safe neighborhood. The property does have a shared wall with another tenant where voices could sometimes be heard but it wasn't a problem for us. We would definitely rent again!

Home Away from Home

What a fantastic place! The location, amenities, and decor are top notch. If you have ever used VRBO or the other “Air” place to find a suitable home base for a vacation, you know the risks inherent in online booking. This place will likely exceed your expectations. Bill spared no expense on counter tops, furniture, and fixtures. They all came together for a “home away from home” experience. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds (two queens and a king), while firm, were wonderfully comfortable. The kitchen and three sitting rooms provided ample space for 5 adults. The location was a convenient launching place for our day trips. A grocery was just down the street. Access to main highways was close by. We were 20 to 45 minutes from attractions in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. When we return to the area, I will check if this property is available, first, before looking elsewhere. Thank you, Bill, for being such a great host!

Lovely!

The house was just lovely - furnishings were beautiful especially master bedroom, the yard was huge and inviting with a flowering shrub that projected it from the street, parking was just fine, nice walk to downtown Andover, and the kitchen had everything you could need. We had a very relaxing stay. Thank you Bill!

Great stay

We had a great stay in Andover. The house is a short walk from Merrimack College and about a mile from downtown. William was very friendly and the check in/out process was easy. The house had a large deck and backyard and plenty of indoor space.

Lovely stay

Our group had a great stay at The Elms. Bill was easy to communicate with, super helpful and friendly. The property was in PRISTINE condition, had all the amenities our group could need, and the layout was great for us to comfortably get together. Kitchen and living area setup very open and spacious. Beautiful home

We were in town to see a hockey game at Merrimack College and this home was perfect for our stay. It's well appointed with everything you might possibly need. The house has plenty of elbow room and is very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were immaculate and plenty of towels are provided. The exterior grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Bill was easy to communicate with and was very attentive to responding to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. Dan
