### Bright cottage with heated pool and PMR access, near Laval

Bright cottage in the countryside with beautiful living areas and three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The terrace and ground floor are accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM), and the bathrooms and kitchen are also adapted.  
From May to September, access to the indoor and heated swimming pool is available from 8 \[hidden\] to 1 \[hidden\]  
Beautiful west-facing terrace with a gazebo, garden furniture, and deckchairs. A large children's play area with a swing and a playhouse is available.  
All shops and services are located in the center of Andouillé, 1.4 km from the cottage.  
For leisure activities, the Vélo Francette cycle path, on the Mayenne towpath, is only 2.4 km away.  
The city of Laval is worth exploring: the historic center, the castle occupied by the Museum of Naïve Art, the Lumières de Laval festival in December, the marina, and all the theater and music festivals. From Andouillé, visit the Small Towns of Character: Sainte Suzanne, Parné sur Roc, Saulges and Saint Pierre sur Erve in particular. Gîte on the same property as the owners' house - It is composed of 2 levels - LEVEL 0 - Accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM) - Living room 51m²: fitted kitchen area (refrigerator, dishwasher, 3-burner hob, combination microwave oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster), lounge area with sofa and television - Separate toilet - Laundry room with washing machine, freezer - Bedroom (1) 16m² with 1 bed 140\*190, storage, television, desk - 1 bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility: sink without vanity unit, walk-in shower with bar and seat, toilet with bar, electric towel dryer  
LEVEL 1, access by a comfortable staircase with handrail, 1m wide - Hallway 7.5m² - Bedroom (2) and bedroom (3), each 18m² with 1 bed 140\*190, storage, television, desk and its private bathroom with sink, walk-in shower, shower seat, toilet, and electric towel dryer.  
Three 90x190 folding beds available in the bedrooms of your choice.  
Baby: travel cot + additional mattress - changing table - booster seat - blender.  
Wi-Fi throughout. 1 RJ45 socket in each bedroom and living room.  
Terrace along the house, accessed via a ramp. Dining furniture, gas barbecue, deckchairs.  
Unfenced grounds, children's play area: swing, playhouse.  
Swimming pool covered by a high dome, heated from May to September - Accessible from 8 \[hidden\] until 1 \[hidden\] daily. Pool measures 9m x 4m and ranges from 1m to 1.6m deep. INCLUDED: Beds made - Towels - Linens - Electricity - Heating  
OPTION: Cleaning €80 (1 fee per stay of 1 to 14 nights) - €10/person for 6 to 9 people  
NOTE: Exteriors are currently being finished, expected completion December 2025.

Business stay: 3 people max - 1 mandatory cleaning fee per stay of 1 to 14 nights.  
  
1-2 night weekend stay: arrival 5 pm - departure 5 pm  
Stays of 3 nights or more: arrival 5 pm - departure 10 am. Terrace and ground floor fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.  
A single 13cm threshold to access the terrace ramp: until the exteriors are finished. After that, the entire ground floor is accessible on one level. Kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and bedroom with amenities: sink area and stove, grab bar on the toilet and shower, and shower seat.  
In Andouillé: Head towards the sports hall/stadium and Saint-Germain-d'Anxure. After the sports hall, continue 400m to leave the village. It's the first small road on the left at the place called "Aranjot." The gîte is at the end of the road.
